- What does membership include?
- Every part of IntellaZone: the calls and their record, the casefiles, the desk, the TSP signals, the watchlists and alerts, and the academy with its simulator. There is one membership and no higher tier.
- How am I billed?
- By Stripe, at the start of each monthly or yearly period. Your card number goes to Stripe and is never sent to or stored by IntellaZone.
- How do I cancel?
- In your account: Cancel membership, then confirm. Two clicks, no email, and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for — or, on a trial, to the end of the trial with no charge. Manage billing opens Stripe’s page for your card, invoices and switching plan.
- Is there a person to talk to?
- Yes. The Support page has a short form, and a person replies within two business days.
- What happens when a lesson is wrong?
- Every course corrects itself. Most do it quietly: the lesson is edited, the old wording disappears, and a reader who learned the wrong thing never finds out. This is the list instead — what a lesson said, what it says now, and what made the difference. The corrections ledger is public.
- Is any of this financial advice?
- IntellaZone is an educational and informational platform. Nothing on it constitutes investment, financial or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. All scores and plans are descriptions of data.
